Store representatives were very professional. Even though there was a back-up in getting service done as scheduled by appointment, it was worth the wait!

I have many different options to purchase tires including different discount type stores. But I keep going back to Discount Tire because they make everything so easy. Plus they offer many perks such as free tire pressure checks, free flat repair and free tire rotation. … when I go on a trip I have a routine, get gas, car wash and Discount Tire for tire pressure and inspection. They just make things too easy to consider anywhere else.

This was for a quick tire repair. And it was quick. I was quoted about an hour wait but the repair was done and car ready to be driven away in about 15-20 mins. Super friendly service tech as well. Very pleased with the experience and I would definitely recommend this store.

It was perfect , I ordered everything online which is nice you can see the wheels and tires on your vehicle . the best part was how fast they take care of you , nice young guys who were very polite . I dropped my truck off and a friend of mine picked me up to go grocery shopping I should of just waited, there convenient email told me it was done in 15 minutes .

The team who worked on my tired were very patient with all the questions I was asking. They only changed out the tires that were necessary. I didn't feel pressured to buy all new tires. They are personable and understanding there, plus not to mention they got the correct truck and the tire size unlike other discount tire locations.

Fast and friendly service. People need to start realizing that they can only do so much especially when there was a severe storm a day before.. all of the employees at discount tire was awesome and amazing

You can’t go wrong coming to this store. They will help you thru your purchase and explain the difference in the products. Everyone is friendly and professional-it’s nice to be able to send my wife to a car place without being treated poorly.

I had an awful experience at this store. I walked in and to the counter to inform an associate that I had an appointment for the specified time (arrived on the dot more or less.) They then took my key, told me that they would need to do a quick safety inspection, and said I could take a seat. I had work to do so I pulled up my laptop and began working. I should add that the lobby of this store was really unclean. Dirt on the countertops and floors. The associate never came back up to me to ask me any other questions or preferences for how the appointment would go, or to give me any kind of estimate. I sat there for almost 3 hours while hearing employees quote a wait time that was half of what I had been sitting through to customers walking through the door. Clearly noticing that there was a delay, but needing my tires, I focused on work for a long time. When I got up to ask an employee how much longer it would be (after about 1.5 hours) they told me that my vehicle would be "one of the next up" which was definitely true, albeit that was 45 minutes later. When my car was finally finished being serviced it was pulled in front of the store and I was given my key and the receipts on the service done. According to all of the signage in the store, and the online appointment, if the two front tires are being replaced, the back two should be rotated forward and new tires should be installed on the back of the vehicle. However this store didn't even bother to do that, and I was greeted with my new tires on the front. I wouldn't mind this if there was not so much signage in the store detailing how this was a safety hazard for driving in snow or rain. Really awesome. Maybe it would have been different if they had bothered to ask me what I wanted done on the vehicle, or talked at all after the initial handover. I will never do business with this store again.
